Senior Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of recruitment services including provision of advice, attraction & sourcing strategies, and candidate management;

• Monitor job market and trends;

• Push the sales revenue of the company;

• Enhance and build up existing candidate pool;

• Achieve business target and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients;

• Responsible for sales management of the team including hiring, training and performance evaluation;

• Plan and organize staff training and campaigns to strengthen staff communication and motivation.

Job Requirements:

• University or above degree holders; preferably come from top-tier universities;

• At least 1 year experience in recruitment and financial business(Title and package is subject to years of experience);

• Well organized, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility;

• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Self-motivated and able to work under a fast pace and dynamic environment;

• Knowledge in banking & finance is a plus;

• Excellent command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
